With an extensive background in the German Automotive industry, specializing in e-mobility and power systems, Mr. Wassmuth is poised to play a pivotal role in developing Portable Electric’s next-generation suite of solutions.

Juergen Wassmuth brings over 20 years of invaluable experience to the Portable Electric team. His career journey has seen him work with renowned organizations such as Volkswagen and Infineon in Germany, where he honed his expertise in Power Electronics Design and Automotive High-Power Modules. Mr. Wassmuth’s early experiences as an Engineer in the Renewable and Energy Storage System space at a leading global power inverter company, SMA, laid the foundation for his passion for clean energy.

In his most recent role as Senior Power Systems Engineering Manager at Alpha Technologies, Mr. Wassmuth further demonstrated great leadership and innovation in the power systems and conversion sectors. His comprehensive knowledge of energy storage and his experience in the automotive industry uniquely position him to drive Portable Electric’s technological advancements.
