Among the companies he has led are EV Connect (sold to Schneider Electric), Ironclad Performance Wear (NASDAQ: ICPW, sold to Brighton-Best International); j2 Global/eFax (NASDAQ: JCOM), Cognition Technologies (sold to Nuance Communications).
