Darren Z. Ready

Darren Z. Ready was appointed as Portable Electric’s CFO and Corporate Secretary effective December 1, 2021. Darren joined Portable Electric from Loop Energy a hydrogen fuel cell company providing range extenders to the heavy-duty transportation sectors. Darren joined Loop in 2016 and led the company through an equity investment and joint venture with their partner in China, a follow-on Series A & B strategic investment with Cummins and culminating with its successful listing on the TSX with a $100 million IPO in February of 2021.
